Can you tell me about ISO/IEC 19798 and 19752 referred to in relation to your toners?

ISO (the International Organisation for Standardisation) and IEC (the International Electrotechnical Commission) form the specialised system for worldwide standardisation.

 

What is machine speed based on?

The speed of our machines is based on single sided (simplex) A4 pages unless stated otherwise.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously; therefore your details are safe with us.

VISA, MasterCard, Maestro

We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our shipping costs are £5.85 to the UK Mainland and £7.83 to the Republic of Ireland.

 

Do displayed product prices include VAT and delivery?

No, our product pricing doesn't include VAT and delivery. These are displayed at the checkout.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Subject to stock availability all orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Can you tell me how my order is sent/which courier do you use?

Non palletised goods are sent via UPS. Larger devices (palletised) are shipped using a specialised logistics company.

 

What should I do if my item is damaged upon delivery?

What do I need to do if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement please call us on 01793 783298 to discuss. If you wish to cancel your order, please request in writing or via email.


All returned items should be received by us in a resalable condition within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods. Returning the item to us is at your own cost and we advise sending this using a trackable method.

 

Will I get a full refund inclusive of shipping costs?

We do not refund any shipping charges. A full refund for the returned goods will be given if items are received in their original condition.
